The four benefits of having a workout buddy.

1) The two of you can be your greatest motivators. We all need a push sometimes. 


2) You can kick each other asses. Being pushed is super important. Going the extra mile or doing the extra set of squats. If the two of you are competitive, you’ll get more out of your workout.


3) You’ll have someone to have fun with. Laughing and joking around will make the workout be less painful and go way faster. And it’s way better than staring at a blank wall for an hour. 


4) You’ll have someone to stretch with and help you deepen your stretch. A deep stretch can help feel more relaxed and comfortable after a long workout. A stretch will help you recover over your workout.
