Smoothie Cleanse

Hey girls! Every feel a little bloated, lack energy, and can't pull your ass out of bed in the morning?   ME TOO! Especially after a week of tacos, bad college food, pizza, McDonalds, and whatever that leftover shit was in the fridge? ughhh!

Well, fear not. I have a plan. So, I know this guy, we talked. A lot. He's had put on 40 pounds, and he didn't want to take years to lose it. So, he went on a 45 DAY SMOOTHIE DIET.  He lost 45 pounds in 45 days. Incredible!

So I'm thinking, hey, I can do that. So I took down his ideas and if I'm feeling bloated like I can't lose anything, ill do a week or a two week smoothie cleanse. Results? AMAZING.

So, in 7 days, I dropped 7 pounds. Had a ton more energy, slept better, and my moods were better. What I did was, have 3 smoothies a day, one for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner. If I got a little hungry in between smoothie meals, I would eat a few almonds or have a piece of fruit. It's also important to drink a lot of water. That will keep you hydrated properly, and keep things moving. I also committed to some basic exercise, so as to not overwhelm my schedule, I would speed walk a mile each day.

WINNING!

(disclaimer time) So, before you do this, so you don't die, and sue me, check with your doctor. (I didn't check with my doc) You can do this with a blender, a ninja or any way to chop up and blend fruit.

Ingredients needed:
Uber down to GNC. Pick up some Lean Shake vanilla bean protein powder. Tastes great and has an appetite suppressant in it.
Pick up a pack of frozen mixed fruit at the grocery. Also, get some bananas, kale, and almonds, and some low sugar, V8 Splash juice of your liking. I really like the berry blend and the tropical blend.

In your blender, put in a couple large spoon fulls of the mixed frozen fruit, a scoop of protein powder, half of a frozen banana, a little kale, a teaspoon of almonds, a little ice, and your juice.
Blend it up, and enjoy it 3 to 5 times a day!

Stick to it, don't eat anything but the smoothies for a week. Stay near a toilet the first day. Trust me!
