Sometimes it hard being healthy. It can be really hard when you don’t know what to make or you have ran out of new ideas. Here are FIVE FRESH SMOOTHIES Recipes to mix it up!!!!!!

1) A new twist on an old FAVORITE!!!!!!

1 1/2 cups of pineapple juice 
1 banana
1/2 cup of blueberries 
1/2 cup of strawberries 

2) It’s a sweet treat for post workout or an easy breakfast to start your busy day when you don’t have time for a sit down breakfast. 


2 scoops of chocolate protein powder 
1 1/2 cups of almond milk 
1 banana
3-5 dates (depending on size.)

3) A punch of a vitamin C for the morning.

 
1 1/2 cups of orange juice
1/2 cup of mango 
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of coconut milk 
1 banana

4) A blueberry mango twist. 


1 1/2 cups of orange juice
1 cup of blueberries 
1/2 cup of mango 
3-4 dates (depending on size.)
1 banana

5) A taste of a tropical paradise. 
When you close your eyes you’ll feel the warm ocean breeze!
