Mixing alcohol with sport drinks. Please Stop!!!!

                                      
                                                Please stop mixing energy  drinks with alcohol! 

They may make  you feel like you can stay up all night, but mixing alcohol with energy drinks can be very dangerous. Energy drinks mask the effects of alcohol and can make you wide awake drunk. You can underestimate how  you are feeling, and drink more alcohol than you normally would. 

We’ve all done it at some point. And we all know it tastes horrible. Please stop doing it. There are so many better mixers out there. The sports drink won’t help you not get a hangover. Try adding juice. Orange pineapple and cranberry are great options. Wine is also available. Or if you don’t want wine by itself make sangria. Mimosas are a great treat too with a little fruit throw it in there. 

If you want to drink grown-up drinks. Drink like a grown-up. You’ll look way smarter and cooler too. Your taste buds will thank you. Here are some options for you.
